Beyond his corporate role, Edmas is the founder of Accrete Innovation, a firm focused on market access strategy, ecosystem development, and helping organisations connect innovation with practical business opportunities. He also previously served as CEO of the Action Community for Entrepreneurship, ACE, where he played a key role in strengthening Singapore’s startup ecosystem, supporting founders, building partnerships, and expanding connections across regional markets.
