Kelvin ChuaHead of R&D at Circles.LifeSpeaker
Profile
Kelvin brands himself as a telco disruptor with more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of disciplines spanning engineering, technology leadership, and innovation. He helped build Circles.Life from day one, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s early trajectory while consistently challenging long-standing industry norms and conventions.
Currently the Head of Singapore, Kelvin serves as the technology caretaker of the company’s crown jewels. He is responsible for ensuring the resilience, scalability, and continued evolution of core platforms, while simultaneously working to solve the telco problems of tomorrow in an increasingly complex and fast-moving landscape.
A Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) alumnus, Kelvin brings together deep technical foundations with strategic, systems-level thinking. He is a staunch advocate of open source and believes strongly in building adaptable, learning-driven organizations. Central to his philosophy is the practice of continuous unlearning and relearning — challenging assumptions, staying curious, and evolving mental models — which he sees as essential to sustained innovation and long-term relevance in the technology and telecommunications space.
