Shehzad is a Gold-medalist, Chartered Accountant with almost 30 years of Operations, Finance and Auditing experience in oil, energy & technology sectors.

He served at Pakistan State Oil, K-Electric and PTCL Group as Chief Internal Auditor, and as Head of Business Finance in K-Electric.

He is a member of the Board of Trustee of Pakistan Telecom Employees Trust, and is mentor for the largest ICAP, ACCA and ICAEW programs in Pakistan.

He is the first Pakistani to receive the ACCA achievement Award in 2013 and is Winner of Professional Excellence award by the ICAP in 2023.
