Shubham Agnihotri is a Senior Data Scientist (Chief Manager) – Generative AI at IDFC First Bank, with over 6.5 years of experience building and deploying large-scale AI systems across banking, fintech, and public-sector domains. He currently leads a team within the bank’s AI Labs, delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions including vision-language models, multimodal OCR platforms, fraud detection systems, and AI-driven customer simulation tools—driving significant cost savings and operational impact.

Previously, Shubham founded Gujarat’s first agriculture drone services company, where he combined AI, drones, and data analytics to serve over 4,500 farmers across India, reducing pesticide usage and earning national recognition for sustainable innovation. He has also worked as a Data Scientist at Arcadis, developing AI-powered digital twin platforms for water utilities globally.
