Sunil Nambiar is the Head of Operations for Group Strategy, Sustainability, and Communications at YCH Group, Singapore’s largest homegrown logistics and supply chain company with operations in over 15 countries. He operationalises the Group’s agenda across long-term business strategy, regional expansion, corporate communications, and environmental, social and governance initiatives. A key focus has been expanding YCH’s role as a trusted partner in building resilient and competitive supply chains, exemplified by projects such as the multimodal Vietnam SuperPort™. He was previously a management consultant at EY-Parthenon and a policy officer in the Government of Singapore. He co-authored a Straits Times bestseller, Grow Without Growing Pains, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
