Theodore Sutarto currently serves as Assistant Deputy for Digital Economy at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. Over the past two decades, Theodore has worked extensively in the areas of trade policy, international cooperation, and public sector reform—holding key positions at the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP). Theodore's professional focus includes advancing Indonesia’s digital economy agenda, particularly through multilateral negotiations and policy development in digital trade and government procurement. Theodore holds a degree in International Trade Policy and Management from the University of Indonesia and remain committed to promoting inclusive digital transformation and strengthening the competitiveness of Indonesia’s economy.
