With over 24 years of experience in top consulting firms, he has worked globally on strategy, large-scale transformation, and growth initiatives for C-suite leaders and senior government officials. His expertise spans Telecom, Digital infrastructure, Network, Fintech, AI and Digital ecosystem plays. Bastien has been serving some of the largest telecom operators in South-East-Asia for the last ten years. He notably advised and led the Myanmar's telecom market liberalization in 2013-2014, turning it into one of the fastest growing telecom markets in the region. Bastien holds a double MSc diplomas from the French Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris Tech top leading academic institutions.
