Rodney is a dynamic and results-oriented leader who has been at the forefront of BT's growth in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region since assuming the role of Managing Director in 2021. His strategic acumen and relentless drive have played a pivotal role in positioning BT as a leader in the AMEA market.

Based in Singapore, Rodney focuses on fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity within his teams, recognizing that diverse perspectives are essential for delivering successful outcomes. With over 25 years of experience spanning diverse markets worldwide, including Singapore, China, South-East Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Americas, Rodney brings a wealth of knowledge and a global perspective to his role.

Rodney's journey with BT began in 2010, where he quickly rose through the ranks, excelling in roles such as client delivery director and client partner for strategic global accounts. He is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, serving as a member of BT's Diversity and Inclusion Board and advocating for sustainability in business practices. A passionate and transformational leader, Rodney possesses hands-on experience in IT services, honed through his earlier career as a system engineer and major program management expert in building sub-sea optical fiber networks globally. His proficiency in driving sales with P&L responsibility underscores his adaptability and deep understanding of diverse and technical markets.

Rodney is a Chartered Engineer with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, complemented by a Master of Science (MSc) from Oxford University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manchester Business School.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Rodney treasures spending quality time with his family. He enjoys pursuing his interests in cooking, golf, and rugby, finding balance and fulfilment outside of his leadership role.
