His portfolio includes leading feasibility studies for large-scale digital transformation and economic development, as well as advising on national digital and innovation strategies. He has been closely involved in shaping approaches to AI infrastructure, digital resilience, and data ecosystems, with recent work focusing on sovereign AI strategies, governance frameworks, and the economic impact of AI across cloud, edge, and on-device systems. Abhineet holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, focusing on Finance and Strategy.
