Adam has 25+ years of leadership experience in top media & sports corporates, driving strategy, growth & innovation for video & IP businesses. He has strong insights & relationships across the APAC, S. Asia, ANZ media, entertainment & sports industries, having led distribution & ad sales teams across the regions. In addition, he led a team for content acquisitions & management at a telco/pay TV platform. Throughout his career, he has leveraged new forms of technology, products, services & platforms to accelerate growth.

At Singtel, he drove efficiencies across the content acquisitions unit (channels, content, apps - digital, IPTV, OTT) and the ad sales unit, managing partnerships with premier sports & media organizations such as FIFA, EPL, FA Cup, UFC, Warner Bros Discovery, FOX/Disney, A+E, VIU, TVB.

At CSI Sports Singapore, he launched the FIGHT Sports channel across the regions, drove network and program syndication sales, ad partnerships, Asian content partnerships & achieved profitability for the Asian operation.

At ESPN STAR Sports / FOX Int'l Singapore, he drove the monetization across all revenue streams for the networks, content, ad sales and events, and launched new services such as ESPNEWS, Mobile ESPN, ESPN Player, on-ground sporting events such as ESPN X Games, ABL, One Championship. The monetization involved many sports properties: EPL, FA Cup, La Liga, UEFA CL, Italian Serie A, AFC, Olympics, NBA, MLB, NFL, Tennis Slams, Golf Majors, PGA Tour, F1, Moto GP. And ad partnerships such as Rolex, KIA, Panasonic, Petronas, Thai Airways, Thai Tourism, HSBC.

At ISC S/B, in Malaysia, he ran a start up advertising & marketing business which remains in operation today. At Asia Business News in Hong Kong, he launched the first news channel in Asia, later acquired by CNBC.
