Daniel Oscar Baskoro is an Enterprise Architecture and AI specialist managing government technology operations valued over $30 million annually, serving 10 million users. His strategic leadership portfolio includes serving on the Technical Advisory Group at the National University of Singapore, Digital Transformation Specialist at the Asian Development Bank, AI Senior Advisor for the Indonesian Parliament, and Advisor for Smart City initiatives at Indonesia’s new national capital.

His infrastructure expertise stems from pivotal government leadership. As Chief Operating Officer at the Health Ministry’s Digital Transformation Office, he founded PeduliLindungi-Satu Sehat, Indonesia’s largest government health application. He also served as Head of Open Government Indonesia at the Executive Office of the President and Manager of the One Data at Bappenas.

Oscar holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor in Computer Science from Gadjah Mada University, completing advanced studies at MIT and Cambridge. Recognized as a global authority, he was named an ITU Innovation Champion, alongside being a Global Winner from the World Bank and receiving the JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons award. He continues driving digital transformation as Coordinator of the Board of Advisory and Chairman of the Alumni at Gadjah Mada University.
