Dennis Juan is the CEO of NeuroRAN, a Singapore-based AI-RAN startup spun out from Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), focused on building AI-native RAN intelligence solutions for next-generation wireless networks.

With over 15 years of experience across telecommunications, AI infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise technology, Dennis has led regional business growth and strategic partnerships across Asia-Pacific, working closely with telecom operators, cloud providers, system integrators, and global technology partners. Prior to NeuroRAN, he played a key role in establishing and expanding QCT’s regional presence in Southeast Asia.

At NeuroRAN, Dennis drives the company’s business strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and commercialization efforts, advancing AI-native SMO and RIC platforms that enable intelligent automation, network optimization, and energy-efficient operations through AI-driven xApps and rApps.

Dennis is passionate about bridging deep-tech innovation with industry collaboration, working closely with ecosystem partners to advance AI-native and programmable wireless networks for the future of telecom and enterprise connectivity.
