Edwin Lin is a Consulting Director in Omdia’s Strategic Consulting Telecoms Practice, based in Singapore, where he advises senior executives across Asia on growth strategy, transformation, and emerging technology monetisation. He works closely with leading service providers, network vendors, and technology companies to translate innovation into commercially scalable outcomes.

Edwin is recognised for his thought leadership on the intersection of telecoms, cloud, and artificial intelligence. His work focuses on how AI can reshape telecom operating models, customer engagement, and monetisation strategies—from AI‑driven network and service optimisation to new enterprise and digital service propositions. Prior to joining Omdia, Edwin was part of Singtel, where he led go‑to‑market strategy and business development initiatives across enterprise segments.
