Floyd D’Costa is the co-founder of Space Armour, a SpaceTech venture pioneering secure, autonomous AI operations in orbit. Its platform unifies onboard intelligence, cryptographic integrity, and Zero Trust security into a single stack, enabling autonomous and verifiable operations across space and mission-critical enterprise environments. He is also the co-founder of Blockchain Worx, a Web3 innovation firm focused on the convergence of Web3 and AI to build decentralized, intelligent financial infrastructure.

Floyd has over 23 years of global experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in building and scaling business practices and advising senior executives on decisive topics. His extensive background includes an eleven-year tenure at Capgemini, where he served as the Global Segment Leader for Industrial Products. A frequent writer and speaker, Floyd advises public and private sector organizations on strategy, digital transformation, and the effective adoption of emerging technologies.

Floyd is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) and holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the Institute for Technology and Management (ITM), Mumbai. Outside of work, he takes delight in exploring new places, cultures, and cuisine. And, when he is not traveling, Floyd enjoys spending time at home surrounded by his family.
