Based in Singapore, Frankie is a seasoned technology executive and Chief Information Security Officer with over two decades years of experience across financial and IT sectors. He is VP of Information Security at Bitdeer. He headed regional information security in Deutsche Bank’s asset management and also headed Cyber & Technology Risk in UBS AG covering Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. He is the recipient of global & regional cyber security leadership awards including Global CISO 100, Global Top 100 Leaders in InfoSec, Top Global CISOs, CSO 30 ASEAN, etc.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Frankie is deeply committed to the community and professional development. He currently serves as President of Project Management Institute (PMI) Singapore chapter, representing over 3,000 members in Singapore.

As a sought-after speaker on cybersecurity and emerging technologies, he has been invited to deliver speeches at premier events invited by Wall Street Journal, Reuters, IDC, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, Central Bank of Indonesia, The Asian Banker, etc.

Frankie is also an innovation catalyst – a U.S patent sole inventor on next-gen wireless network, with his work cited by major tech players including Intel and Ericsson.
