Hardik DobariyaChief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at FactoremSpeaker
Profile
Hardik Dobariya is the CEO and Co-Founder of Factorem, Southeast Asia's AI-native manufacturing partner. A graduate of the NUS National Overseas Colleges (NOC) programme, Hardik founded Factorem in 2021 with a simple conviction: hardware companies should not have to spend weeks emailing machine shops to get a single part made.
Five years later, Factorem connects hardware teams to a vetted network of 160+ manufacturing suppliers across six countries, powered by proprietary AI that quotes orders in seconds, matches each job to the best-fit supplier, and runs automated design-for-manufacturing checks before anything ships. The company has grown revenue every year since 2021, doubling year-over-year for five consecutive years on just over S$1.5M raised - a rare combination of growth and capital efficiency in the deep-tech space.
Factorem serves hardware startups, multinational R&D labs, and defense agencies across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and the United States. Under Hardik's leadership, the company has won the A*STAR Innovation Challenge and Slingshot pitch competition, secured backing from SEEDS Capital (Enterprise Singapore), and built one of the only non-China manufacturing networks at meaningful scale in the region. He is on a mission to make custom manufacturing as effortless as ordering from Amazon.
