Harry Hughes is Vice President of Strategic Projects at Saigontel (SGT), a HoSE-listed infrastructure developer and operator within Saigon Invest Group (SGI) — Vietnam’s leading FDI attraction platform, with a portfolio spanning physical and digital infrastructure across the country.

In his role, Harry leads international deal origination and execution across the group’s growth platforms, driving new business development and strategic transformation at the intersection of hard infrastructure and emerging digital assets.

Prior to joining SGI, Harry founded and led a boutique corporate advisory firm in Australia advising on infrastructure, property, and renewable energy transactions. Earlier in his career, he served as a senior adviser to government Ministers at both state and federal level across multiple policy portfolios.
