Ms. Ng Hau Yee is the Founder and Executive Director of Junior Achievement Singapore, where she has led the organization since bringing it into Singapore in 2007. Under her leadership, JA Singapore has impacted over 310,000 students, supported by more than 27,000 volunteers, equipping young people with essential skills in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, work readiness, digital literacy, and sustainability.

Through JA Singapore’s programs, Hau Yee has championed an experiential learning approach that bridges education, industry, and real-world exposure, enabling young people to build not just knowledge, but the confidence, adaptability, and mindset needed to navigate an evolving future of work.

To be relevant and keep up the times, Hau Yee incorporated AI into JA Singapore’s program offerings, including an Intro to AI course, JA RAISE (Robotics and Artificial Intelligence in STEM Education) program, AI for Good – Social Innovation Challenge, and requiring students to utilize an AI tool to generate a prototype image for the Young Technopreneur Challenge. Hau Yee is also an AI Steward for the recently launched JA Asia Pacific AI Council.

Hau Yee holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
