Energetic, empathetic and forward-thinking, Helen Lam is currently juggling several roles as a global leader in her industry, Kellogg E-MBA alumni and mother of three.

Helen has over 21 years’ experience in property development and management across urban regeneration projects across Australia and Asia. In recent years, Helen has been leading business and digital transformation projects, prop-tech and Innovation. She has been in various senior roles in real estate leading thought leadership and delivery of major urban regeneration developments, placemaking and community engagement. Her roles prior to joining Lendlease have focused on commercial asset regeneration, greenfield developments and retail mall operations. Working within a network of innovative global leaders, Helen has developed deep design expertise for addressing today’s key business challenges.

Helen recently completed an Executive-Master of Business Administration at Kellogg-HKUST. She also holds a Master’s in Property Development & Urban Planning at University of Technology Sydney and studied Economics / Law and is also qualified as a Practitioner on the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia.

She has also been recognised in 2019 as a global winner for the Women in Proptech Awards as a role model for visionary leadership advocating women real estate and technology. She is also a recipient of the 2020 Kellogg’s programme’s Scholarship for Women, which is offered to candidates who have a proven track record of increasing gender and viewpoint diversity.
