Mr. Soo Ho, Hock Meng is a qualified accountant from the University of Melbourne with a career spanning 8 countries, including Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Indonesia, and Malaysia. He has held senior roles in financial accounting, management accounting, international reporting, and sales and marketing.
An early adopter of digital innovation, he pioneered technology-driven solutions to link manufacturing and warehousing, built global approval systems, and created hybrid dashboards. He also introduced GPS and digital mapping for sales planning long before Google Maps and Waze.
Currently a partner in cyber-security and AI-focused firms, he continues to drive Industry 4.0 innovation.
His passion lies in preparing young digital natives for leadership in the AI age, fostering coexistence with digital tools to shape the workforce of the future.
