Jacqueline Chan is a partner in the Singapore office of Milbank LLP. Jacqueline advises on a wide range of international corporate finance and M&A transactions, regularly representing sponsors, borrowers and lenders on complex cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. She also has significant experience with international debt restructurings in Asia.

Jacqueline specializes in structuring complex debt and equity transactions for clients both within and outside of Southeast Asia, and advises many of the largest private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, leading banks and financial institutions in their various transactions globally and across Asia.

Transactions led by Jacqueline frequently receive “Deal of the Year” awards from leading industry publications, including PFI, IFR, and IJGlobal. She is consistently recognized by Chambers as a leading lawyer for her excellence in the areas of Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, and Restructuring & Insolvency.
