Jeffrey Tan is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of experience spanning ports, maritime, shipping, logistics, infrastructure, technology, and supply chain management. He currently serves as President of the Supply Chain Management Chapter at the Singapore Computer Society and holds key advisory roles in logistics and technology ventures.

Previously, Jeffrey was Head of Products Portfolio for Southeast Asia at A.P. Moller-Maersk, driving business growth, digital innovation, and strategic investments. Prior to that, he served as Head of Group Corporate Development and Technologies at YCH Group, where he led major initiatives such as the Sino-Singapore Multimodal Distribution Centre and the ASEAN Smart Logistics Network. Concurrently, he was Group CEO of Y3 Technologies, a leading supply chain and e-commerce solutions provider, expanding it into a multi-million-dollar technology powerhouse.

His career also includes leadership roles at CrimsonLogic, CapitaLand, IMDA, and PSA International, where he contributed to large-scale digital transformation initiatives. A registered UN/CEFACT expert, he plays a key role in global supply chain standards development.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore and an INSEAD Certificate in Global Management. He is PMP®, CBAP®, and BPM-certified, reflecting his expertise in project management, business analysis, and process optimization."
