Juliet Low is a seasoned entrepreneur and startup mentor with a global footprint in tech, auto manufacturing, finance, and social enterprise. She is the founder of Maid Without Borders, a mobile app that transforms maid hiring by eliminating the need for costly, slow maid agencies. In 2013, she led Techsailor, an app development firm, to a successful million+ acquisition.

Since 2009, Juliet has run a property business in London. She graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering (NUS Dean’s List) and also in Applied Accounting (ACCA).

Having lived and worked in California, Geneva, Hong Kong, and London, she brings a global, cross-industry lens to problem solving. Since returning to Singapore in 2022, she has mentored startups at NUS, SUSS, and NLB LAUNCH, and facilitates workshops on entrepreneurship and leadership.
