Kaleb has three years of work experience in the AI engineering space, having worked at A*STAR, Tensorplex Labs (an AI/crypto startup), and currently at RSAF RAiD. He's also an avid hackathon hopper with 35+ hackathons under his belt, most recently crowned Overall Champion at HackOmania 2026 and a two-time winner of Best Pre-University Hack at NUS Hack&Roll (750+ participants). Beyond his technical work, Kaleb is Head of Community at Singapore Youth AI (SYAI), where he leads the planning and execution of monthly islandwide AI meetups featuring networking sessions, hands-on workshops, and fireside chats with industry leaders. To date, he has organised 11 events, each engaging 30–60 youths from polytechnics, universities, and junior colleges.
