My journey began in 2008 handling claims in the Russian Far East and evolved through leadership roles in Moscow and St. Kitts and Nevis, where I served as MD of SKY RE for nearly a decade.

In 2022, my team and I launched a specialized insurance portfolio management agency, not by simply increasing headcount, but by assembling a lean, high-caliber team of underwriters and claims experts. We believe that the future of insurance lies in the synergy between motivated talent and advanced technology. By leveraging algorithmic underwriting, AI, and automation, we focus our energy on what matters most: solving complex problems.
