Leo holds a master's degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Tohoku University and began his career as a satellite engineer at a Japanese startup, where he worked across multiple technical roles and successfully built and launched several ESPA class satellites. He later moved into business development and mission management at a Japanese launch vehicle company. He currently serves as COO of EnduroSat Japan, where he established the company's Japan entity from the ground up and is scaling the team as the Japan office becomes a hub for the APAC operations.
