Manoj Prasanna Kumar is the Chief Technology Officer of Singtel Digital InfraCo, where he leads technology, IT and cybersecurity across the company’s portfolio, including regional data centres, subsea cables, satellite carrier services, AI cloud and edge platforms. He is responsible for driving the design and rollout of Digital InfraCo’s Network Fabric and Singtel’s RE:AI cloud, delivering AI-enabled services to enterprises and public sector customers.

Previously, Manoj headed Enterprise Platforms at Singtel Digital InfraCo, where he led the development of the award-winning Paragon platform—an industry-first solution that integrates network, compute and applications into a unified orchestration platform. Paragon underpins Singtel’s enterprise 5G and multi-access edge computing (MEC) offerings across Singapore and the region.

With deep expertise in distributed systems, big data and machine learning, Manoj has also spearheaded large-scale 5G and MEC deployments and driven strategic collaborations with hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft to enable infrastructure-agnostic solutions. He holds over 25 international patents in AI, machine learning and telecommunications, reflecting his strong focus on innovation and technology leadership.
