Manuel Ho is the Co-Founder and CEO of IntentAI, a Singapore-based enterprise AI platform at the forefront of agentic automation for large and small organisations across Asia. With a career spanning financial services, brand strategy, and technology, Manuel brings a uniquely cross-disciplinary perspective to the challenge of making AI work in the real world.

Before founding IntentAI, Manuel built his reputation as an award-winning consultant at Wolff Olins, one of the world's leading brand strategy firms. He helped shape transformation agendas for global institutions including Goldman Sachs, Lloyds TSB, and Santander. He subsequently held senior roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, where he led customer marketing and proposition development in Retail and Corporate Banking.

A Kellogg MBA graduate, Manuel has led teams spanning marketing, operations, and product — giving him the ability to translate bold AI ambition into tangible business outcomes. Under his leadership, IntentAI has deployed solutions for clients such as DBS Bank, Phillip Capital, PNB Bank and IHH Parkway. He's also partnering with IMDA on national AI adoption programmes and NTUitive on the National Graduate Research Innovation Program (NGRIP).
