Mona Bajani, of Lebanese-Bulgarian heritage, has spent over a decade in Singapore and is part of the Business Development team at BSI Group, where she drives Digital Trust and AI governance initiatives. She helps organizations operationalize responsible, secure, and standards-driven innovation, supporting enterprises in adopting AI ethically, transparently, and in line with global best practices such as ISO/IEC 42001. Mona is recognized as a thought leader in Responsible AI, guiding leadership teams on governance frameworks, risk management, and trust in AI systems.

Prior to BSI, Mona held roles at Microsoft across MENA and APAC headquarters and in client management and operations at international agencies. She has lived, studied, and worked in various global hubs including Saudi Arabia, London, Dubai, New York City, and Lebanon, giving her a global perspective on business and technology transformation. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in Marketing and Communications from Kingston University, and a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut. Mona is also the author of 4 books, including a series of children’s books.
