This programme is a partnership. We host key elements of your visit, and you help us keep every interaction purposeful. Together we make the most of your time onsite.
In return for this exclusive experience, we ask that Hosted Buyers:
- Attend the show for the full days stated in your programme
- Complete the required number of business meetings where applicable
- Attend confirmed appointments and engage meaningfully with participating exhibitors
- Share post event feedback where requested
Hosted Buyers receiving hotel accommodation and/or airfare support are required to complete a minimum of five qualifying business meetings per event day. Both pre-scheduled meetings and eligible walk-in appointments completed during the event may count towards this requirement.

What is the cost?
expand_moreThe Hosted Buyer Programme fee is S$320 per delegate (non refundable), and payable only after your application has been successfully approved.
Eligible Hosted Buyers may also receive hotel accommodation, airfare reimbursement or both. Travel support is offered on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Hosted Buyer team and will be clearly stated in your approval email.
Cancellation fees or other charges may apply for late cancellations or failure to meet the programme terms.
How does the application process work?
expand_moreATxEnterprise partners with exhibitors to invite their priority clients to join the Hosted Buyer Programme. If you receive an invitation from an exhibitor or our team and would like to participate, please complete the online application form.
Once your application has been submitted, our team will review your details and may contact you if further information is required.
If your application is approved, you will receive an approval email confirming:
- Your place in the Hosted Buyer Programme
- The S$320 programme fee
- Any approved hotel accommodation and/or airfare support (subject to approval)
- Your participation requirements
Applications are typically processed within 15 days, and we may contact you to confirm information.

How is my application assessed?

To qualify, you should be actively researching, influencing, recommending or approving technology purchases, including purchases or projects outside your home country.
ATxEnterprise may request additional information or supporting documentation as part of the review process.
How are meetings selected?
expand_moreWe combine your stated objectives with our curation to pre‑schedule matches. You may be able to review or request changes before your schedule is finalised.
Eligible walk-in appointments completed onsite may also count towards your meeting requirement.
ATxEnterprise reserves the right to request additional documentation, amend or withdraw hosting benefits, or decline participation where programme requirements or eligibility criteria are not met.
As a hosted buyer, how long do I have to be at the show for?
expand_moreAs a hosted buyer, you should attend the show for complete days according to your programme dates.
If you are receiving hotel accommodation and/or airfare support, you must also complete the required minimum of five qualifying business meetings per event day.
If your attendance plans change, please inform the Hosted Buyer team as early as possible, as this may affect your eligibility for hosting or reimbursement.
