Ma. Nevelyn C. Custodio is a technology entrepreneur, innovation strategist, and startup ecosystem leader with expertise in software development, digital transformation, and AI-enabled innovation. She leads the development of web and mobile solutions for government agencies, public institutions, and private organizations.

Her work spans e-government platforms, HR systems, e-commerce, online consultation, and customer behavior analytics solutions.

She has co-founded ventures recognized by IdeaSpace and the Asian Institute of Management–Dado Banatao Incubation Program.

She holds a Master’s in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management, a Juris Doctor, and a degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.

Most importantly, she champions values-driven leadership, mentorship, and inclusive innovation building scalable solutions that address real-world challenges.
