Omar is the CEO of Deepfaic, an AI detection and monitoring technology firm. Deepfaic's unique context based audio, video, image and text models, proprietary model architecture, and privacy-first approach help enterprises defend their customers, employees and executives against AI fraud, manipulation and misinformation. Built with world-class AI from Nanyang Technological University, as well as proprietary deeptech from Singapore’s A*STAR research agency. Omar previously built and led the international business of Black Mountain Systems, culminating in an exit to private equity in 2019. He founded and leads Agos Capital, an advisory firm helping private market investors, issuers, and portfolio companies navigate the private capital markets. He also serves as a Partner advisor to Finarch Global, a digital transformation consultancy with over $1Tn in client AUM.
