Paul Higgs is Vice President of Media Industry Development at Huawei Technologies, where he is responsible for innovation and industry adoption of video coding and streaming technologies. Paul holds many roles in the organisations related to media experiences, including Chair of the working group that has developed the DVB-I standards for linear television over the internet, Board member at the Metaverse Standards Forum and Chief Architect of the UHD World Association where he oversees technical implementation of the HDR and Audio Vivid standards.
