Engr. Paulo R. Lalaguna is a Professional Electronics Engineer and ASEAN Engineer who currently leads as a Systems Engineering Manager at Hitachi Rail CTS Singapore Pte Ltd. He is currently advancing his technical proficiency by pursuing a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering, majoring in Al and Automation, at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. An alumnus of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Engr. Lalaguna has extensive experience in building electronics and emerging technologies such as smart home systems and video surveillance design. His excellence in the field was formally recognized when he was named an Outstanding Electronics Engineer by lECEP Inc. in 2021. Beyond his technical roles, he has served in various leadership capacities, including Auditor for IECEP National.
