Perry Kieran Young is a senior cybersecurity and technology leader with over 25 years of experience spanning enterprise networking, financial market infrastructure, cyber resilience, and secure architecture. He currently serves as CISO – Customer Technology Advisory for ASEAN at Kyndryl, where he advises organisations on threat-informed defence, defensible architecture, and cyber resilience strategies aligned to business outcomes.

Perry has held senior engineering and leadership roles across leading global financial institutions, including Standard Chartered Bank, Citigroup, UBS, London Stock Exchange Group, and New York Stock Exchange. His work has contributed to the design and delivery of high-performance trading platforms, secure enterprise architectures, and large-scale security transformations supporting over 100,000 users in highly regulated environments.

He is recognised for his expertise in Zero Trust, secure-by-design principles, and integrating threat intelligence into practical, scalable security controls. Perry is an active contributor to the cybersecurity community, working with organisations such as the MITRE Center for Threat-Informed Defense, Cloud Security Alliance, and AiSP.

He also serves on the advisory board for the Cyber Resilience Capability Maturity Model (CR-CMM), helping organisations translate resilience strategy into measurable capability and operational outcomes.
