Rodney is a dynamic and results-driven leader who has been instrumental in driving BT International's growth across the Asia-Pacific, Japan and Greater China region since assuming the role of Managing Director in 2021.

Based in Singapore, Rodney brings over 25 years of global experience spanning Singapore, China, South-East Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Americas. He is known for his ability to scale operations, enable digital transformation, and build high-performance teams through a strong partner ecosystem and customer-centric approach. His leadership is defined by a hands-on style, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes in complex, high-growth markets.

Rodney is a strong advocate for fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity, recognising that diverse perspectives are essential to innovation and progress. He champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within BT and through his work with charity and industry partners. He is especially focused on increasing representation of women in STEM careers and regularly leads discussions on how to build more inclusive workplaces.

His leadership influence extends beyond BT. Rodney is a Board Member of BritCham Singapore and serves on the advisory boards of FutureNet Asia and ITW Asia, where he offers strategic insight on emerging technologies and market trends. A recognised thought leader, he has spoken at key industry events such as Telecoms World Asia, ITW Asia, and FutureNet Asia, where he helps shape conversations around digital transformation, innovation, and the future of technology.

Since joining BT in 2010, Rodney has held several senior roles across client delivery, major deals, and strategic account management. He began his career as a systems engineer and has led major global programmes, including the deployment of sub-sea optical fibre networks. His deep technical expertise and end-to-end business experience reinforce his ability to lead with impact.
