Dr. Satoshi Tachibana
Founder & Chief Consultant at ERIS Consulting Group
Speaker

Profile

Satoshi Tachibana is a management consultant and institutional architect specializing in organizational design, governance systems, and compensation architecture across Asia and China. He is the creator of the Three-Tier™ System, a structural compensation framework that separates employment security, organizational role, and performance-based contribution into distinct layers in order to redesign traditional salary and evaluation systems.

He founded ERIS Consulting and leads the development of the ERIS™ framework, an integrated architecture focused on organizational decision-making, governance structures, institutional redesign, and AI-assisted management systems. His work centers on how organizations can redesign incentive structures, authority distribution, and evaluation mechanisms in response to technological and demographic transformation.

Prior to founding ERIS Consulting, he worked at Reuters. Over the past 25 years, he has advised corporations throughout China, Malaysia, and the broader Asia region on labor law, organizational restructuring, executive governance, compensation reform, localization strategy, and cross-border management issues. He has also been involved in management education, executive seminars, and institutional reform projects related to manufacturing, automotive, and technology sectors across Asia. His work frequently addresses the structural causes of organizational stagnation, talent disengagement, and decision-making failure within large corporations.

His current research and consulting activities focus on the intersection of AI, governance architecture, institutional economics, and organizational operating systems, particularly the redesign of corporate structures for the AI era.
