Winston Lee, a Singaporean, is co-founder and chief executive officer of MilikiRumah, an Indonesia-based social inclusion PropTech company for good and the world’s first and only artificial intelligence-powered rent-to-own program for the underbanked. 

MilikiRumah is the leading, and the region’s first and only artificial intelligence-powered social PropTech for good company that leverages and fast translates technology as a social equalizer by empowering the underbanked to becoming bankable homeowners through its revolutionary rent-to-own scheme.

MilikiRumah is owned by Rightkey Capital Pte Ltd – a Singapore-registered entity which operates subsidiary PT Miliki Rumah Indonesia trading as MilikiRumah. Along with co-founder Lau Xin Yuan, a Singaporean, MilikiRumah counts PropertyGuru co-founder Jani Rautiainen and former country head Tan Tee Khoon, Ruifeng Wealth Management, Tembusu Partners and Trigger Asset Management as shareholders.  

Winston is board advisor and co-investor of Temasek-owned Heliconia for blockchain company 2MR Labs. Winston also serves as director of two investment holding companies; and as executive director of Ocean Capital Management, an asset advisory and investment management firm, where he handles deal origination, capital raising, and fund management. 

Previously and for over 9 years, Winston held the respective roles of regional head of new projects and director of special projects as founder-minus-one and director New York Stock Exchange-listed PropTech unicorn PropertyGuru Group – reporting directly to co-founder Jani Rautiainen.
