Yong Jie is a co-founder of Glints, Southeast Asia's leading talent platform serving over 15 million professionals. He currently leads Product for the company's Regional Talent Solutions division, where he drives AI-native product development, platform automation, and cross-border workforce management.

Over his decade-long journey at Glints, Yong Jie has worn many hats - from building the initial platform as Technical Lead, to scaling engineering to 60 people as Chief Software Architect, to his current role bridging product strategy with deep technical execution. He is also an angel investor in early-stage startups.

Yong Jie holds a Bachelor of Computing (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Master's in Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University.
