Zhang Kai PH.D., is the Director of International Research and Talent Collaboration at China Unicom Hong Kong Innovation Research Institute, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Internet Professionals Association. He has dedicated his career to advancing international telecommunications operations. Currently, he leads the development of an international think tank specializing in cutting-edge technologies, with key focus areas including artificial intelligence, cross-border data exchange, cross-border network infrastructure, and data center construction. He received his Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
