Zico Kemala Batin is a business builder and digital media executive shaping the evolution of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry in Indonesia. With more than 17 years of experience, he is known for launching and scaling digital platforms from 0 to 1, turning early-stage opportunities into market-leading businesses through strategic partnerships, commercial execution, and ecosystem building.

Throughout his career, Zico has been at the center of Indonesia’s digital entertainment transformation. He played key roles in the expansion of global platforms such as JOOX (Tencent), Yonder Music (Axiata), and UC Browser (Alibaba), where he helped drive rapid adoption and establish strong market leadership during their early growth phases.

In September 2020, Zico joined POPS Worldwide as the first employee in Indonesia, leading the company’s market entry and long-term expansion. As Managing Director, he built the organization from the ground up—scaling the team, establishing strategic partnerships, and growing the business 3x within its first two years. Under his leadership, POPS Indonesia has become one of the country’s leading creator economy and influencer marketing companies, partnering with top brands, platforms, and creators to build impactful digital ecosystems.

Today, Zico focuses on building the next generation of creator-driven businesses across Southeast Asia, spanning content, music, intellectual property, and connected commerce. His vision is to position POPS as a key bridge between global platforms, brands, and the rapidly growing creator economy in the region.
