She has trained thousands of professionals across 20+ countries spanning Southeast Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America, and Africa, contributing to the global adoption of real-time production workflows across film, games, and emerging media.

Her background includes work in visual effects and post-production, contributing to projects associated with Netflix Asia, PUBG, Petronas, Astro, Vivo, and other commercial campaigns. She was part of a winning team in Singapore’s IMDA Virtual Production Challenge (2023) and contributes to government-supported real-time training initiatives, supporting the development of future-ready talent in virtual production and immersive media.

Zubaida is the Founder of Women in Virtual Production Asia & Oceania, a virtual community focusing on building pathways for women experts and those entering real-time media industries. Her work extends into access and workforce development, supporting broader participation in creative technology and real-time pipelines.
