Edwin is a principal consultant in Omdia’s Service Provider and Consumer consulting practice based out of the Singapore office. In this capacity, he leads Omdia’s consulting work across Asia with some of the largest service providers, network vendors and technology vendors on initiatives to enter new markets, accelerate growth, and monetize new products. He is experienced in driving growth, developing commercial programs and sales. His expertise includes 5G monetization, designing customer engagement models, propelling growth, and increasing subscription and retention.Prior to joining Omdia, Edwin worked in Singtel Group Enterprise, where he had responsibility for developing and executing go-to-market strategies as well as business development. He also worked in a high tech start-up dealing with Robotic Process Automation.
