Mohit Gidwani is a Partner in Roland Berger's Singapore office, in the Telecoms, Media and Technology practice. He has worked across South East Asia and the Indian subcontinent, primarily advising telecom players, media services players and investors in the digital infrastructure space.

As a Partner at Roland Berger, Mohit works with telecom operators in the region on strategy and long-term transformation. His expertise includes marketing, product definition, distribution strategy, branding, e-commerce and mobile payments, organization evolution and due diligence support. He has led various launch programs for new opcos and business units. Further, he has driven intensive implementation programs, including end to end commercial transformation of a South East Asian incumbent operator, enterprise BU revamp, and GTM enhancement programs. He has also advised development banks and investors on digital infrastructure investments and growth across Asia.

Prior to Roland Berger, he worked at Southeast Asia's largest operator group, working with management on enterprise and IT strategy projects, with a specific focus on value creation and M&A.

Mohit has a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
