Chetan took on the role of Vice President, Ecosystem and Digital Sales, IBM APAC at the start of 2024. In this role, he will focus on driving synergies and growth within the ecosystem community while also enhancing the digital customer experience in the region. He brings to his new role the deep customer engagement knowledge gained previously as the CMO and Vice President of Marketing and Communications for IBM APAC. He also brings over 19 years of experience in Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Product Management to this role. At IBM, Chetan has led several businesses in Asia Pacific including Watson AI and Data Platform, Public Cloud/PaaS, ISV and Start-up partnerships. He was also the strategy and transformation leader for Cloud and Software Business for Asia Pacific. Prior to IBM Chetan has worked both in start-ups and multinationals across India, Singapore, and United States. His experience spans across R&D and product management for healthcare enterprise, mobile platforms, streaming and image analysis as well as processing solutions.Chetan has done his MS from The University of Arizona and MBA from The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
