As a business executive, board member and strategic advisor, she brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record of building and scaling businesses across Asia and beyond. Danish by nationality, Helle has lived in Asia for over 20 years including 8 years in Beijing, 8 years in Shanghai, 7 years in Hong Kong and, since 2018, Singapore, developing an exceptional understanding of regional markets and cultural dynamics.

Her career has been centered on strategic business development and international scaling, with Asia as a consistent focal point. She has held senior executive and CEO roles in major corporations and has successfully founded and grown multiple ventures from the ground up. Her hands-on leadership spans key business areas including general management, sales (retail, wholesale, distribution, ecommerce), marketing, sourcing, logistics, production and quality control.

Since 2009, Helle has worked independently as an entrepreneur, business owner and non-executive board member. As the founder of Doerscircle, she is redesigning systems to empower Independent Doers such as startups, freelancers and entrepreneurs by offering tailored solutions, collective benefits and a strong global community. Doerscircle has been recognized by the World Economic Forum as a leading startup in ASEAN.
