Jan Lim
Regional CEO, South East Asia at Lenskart


Jan is currently the Regional CEO and Director for South East Asia at Lenskart, a techdriven International eyewear brand originating from India. In this role Jan leads the existing business in Singapore and Indonesia while spearheading regional expansion in Thailand. Reporting to the Group CEO Peyush Bansal, Jan leads tech driven innovation in retail and ecommerce, delivering transformative customer experiences with commercial and organization excellence. Jan joined Lenskart after over 7 years at Amazon where Jan as a founding member, occupied various country and commercial leadership roles. Jan was most recently Country Leader for the Singapore Marketplace. In Jan's time at Amazon, they launched an ultra-fast 2hr delivery service Prime-Now, followed by the full Amazon.sg experience of website, mshop and app. Jan subsequently headed and led Amazon Fresh to launch in 2020 before taking over as Marketplace Country Leader. Jan currently serves as a Member on Enterprise Singapore’s Service Standards Committee and was awarded as an SG Digital Leader for 2023 by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) of Singapore. Jan is currently attending Wharton Business School's Advanced Management Program and previously graduated with a Bachelor of Statistics, Computing, Operational Research & Economics from University College London. His prior work experience covers entrepreneurship, digital marketing, consulting and payments across global organisations including Amazon, Visa, Deloitte, Credit Suisse and EssenceMediacom.
