Jason Chen is the Head, Build and Service, Ecosystem, IBM Asia Pacific. He has been in the IT industry for more than a decade. As an innovative thought leader, Jason is constantly seeking new ideas and ways for his business to be future-ready for growth. He is passionate about transformational technologies such as Al, machine learning, and blockchain; sustainable development and green IT; and the future of work and digital transformation. Jason is also passionate about Youth Talent development. He is the advisor to the Singapore Computer society Youth council. He spends his time mentoring youths and helping them grow their careers.
