Jindow brings 20 years of IT leadership experience, working on business model innovation and digital transformation. He’s spearheaded digital improvements for faster business decision making, lower IT spend and improved user experience. He has extensive experience in the merger & acquisition projects with several projects to the tune of 130B USD merger and three-way split of DowDuPont. Jindow established India Sustainability Chapter in DuPont, making tremendous strides in social impact and reduced the carbon footprint of the company leveraging technology.

Jindow has bachelor’s and master’s engineering degree in computer science and data science; master’s and PhD in Organizational Psychology; and executive MBA from Indian School of Business. He is a Fellow at Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
