With over 20 years of international corporate management, Tony is a change-making business leader who has been instrumental in the growth, operations and transformation of the companies he has served at.

In his current position as President of Stellar Lifestyle (the real estate, retail, advertising and new business arm of the SMRT Corporation) he is deeply focused in harnessing new thinking and innovations that can metamorphose the spaces at or around the public rail network - from transient locations into lifestyle destinations that offer new experiences and engagements for the community.

A persuasive communicator and consummate negotiator, Tony has worked with people from all walks of life. He is adept in all aspects of collaborations – including managing senior government & corporate stakeholders, forming strategic alliances with business partners and engaging with workers, trade associations & unions.

Under his guidance, Stellar Lifestyle was honoured by the Singapore Retailers Association with the "Retail Industry Valued Partner Award" and was recognized by the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology as the "Best Industry Training Partner", lauding its commitment to sustainability transformation.

Tony is a firm believer in transformational leadership and strives to inspire his colleagues to work towards achieving the shared visions of the company.

Tony was named the Executive of the Year (Retail) by the Singapore Business Review in 2022.
